The summer of 2024 saw a remarkable addition installed on the back of the house, overlooking our Oasis… and we chronicled the entire progress for the month it took to be done!
Progress on the 4th of July, 2024
Long awaited renovations are finally underway… the carport has been completely overhauled and the rear steps into the house have been demolished (a jackhammer was necessary for the concrete steps beneath the weathered wooden ones above) and dropped into the dumpster.
Despite the ongoing construction, Anita’s garden is still flourishing!
Forms have been dug, inserted and the concrete bases poured and sealed in preparation for the forthcoming deck main support posts. Stay tuned… this is gonna be good!
